Everything you need to know before launching Jukboss in your bar.
- Do I need a Spotify Premium account?
- Yes, on the bar's side only. The bar links its Spotify Premium account (~€11/month), which plays the music via Spotify Connect. Customers don't need anything.
- How much does it cost?
- €29/month per bar, no commitment. No commitment, cancel in 1 click.
- Do customers have to download an app?
- No. They scan a QR code (or enter a PIN) and access the queue via their browser. It's a PWA, optionally installable on the home screen.
- Can I moderate what's played?
- Yes. You can ban artists, tracks, genres, keywords, limit track duration and how many tracks each customer can add.
- What happens if Spotify disconnects?
- Jukboss detects the issue and shows a clear status. You can restart playback via Spotify Connect or fall back on a backup playlist.
- Do customers see who added each track?
- The display name shows up in the queue. For anonymous guests, only "Guest" appears.
- How do I cancel my subscription?
- From your manager space, in one click. No reason required. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
- Is my data hosted in Europe?
- Yes. Our database is hosted by Supabase in Europe. See our privacy policy for the full list of subprocessors.
- Can I customize the TV display?
- Yes: your bar's logo, primary and secondary colors, welcome message. The QR code and PIN are always visible.
- Do you offer a multi-bar pricing?
- For 3+ venues, contact us for a volume discount.
